Coffee, an Ethiopian original, seems to be the drink of choice in many churches around the world. During a recent visit to Ethiopia, I had the opportunity to learn about the origins of this universal drink and enjoy the time honored traditions of building relationships around a freshly brewed cup of coffee the way Ethiopians brew it today.
